Go On An Adventure

I'm working on a new range of Greeting cards, for every occasion. And above is one of the designs! I have always had a great love of bikes, and two years ago, whilst at college I did a whole project on Bicycles, and how they hold such a great sense of adventure. (You can see them here). And now 2 years on, I've re-illustraed them. This bike is inspired by my bicycle, the Bobbin Birdy. And of course every vintage bicycle should have a whicker basket, full of beautiful wild flowers! I hope this illustration encourages you to get your bicycle out, and to go on an adventure...

Bicycle Cards

It has been over a month since my last post!!!! Oh my.... I have been very busy with college work, and I've also started a weekend job at the cutest little tea room....... so that should make up for my absence! A few weeks ago I did a bicycle project, and how one can just jump on a bicycle and cycle anywhere and feel complete freedom... I illustrated loads of different vintage looking bikes (mostly inspired by the beautiful Pashley Bicycles, have a look on their website... so pretty!) and then printed them onto cards! I'm really pleased with them, and the tea room that I work in bought some off me to sell! I think I might put them up on my Etsy shop... what do you think??

At college, I've been doing a project all on bicycles. And have made some really cute greeting cards, so I wanted to create an outfit that I could wear whilst cycling, but more on my bicycle project later... Do you like this outfit? I really want the stripy knitted hoody, but first I need to save some money!

Benefits of a Bicycle

A few months ago I came across this beautiful bicycle shop, called Wren Bicycles... and ever since I've been in love with them! So, I printed of an image of the bike, and wrote all the benefits of having this lovely bike! Make sure you look at their website, here.

I love to ride my Bicycle

Today I went on a lovely bike ride with my friends to a place called Crow Point on the estuary. It was really nice to go, and going on lots of bike rides is on my summer bucket list! However, I realised that I am in desperate need of a new bike. Mine is very old, (but not in a good vintage way) and rusty. So I've put together some images of bicycles that I am dreaming about and also its my birthday in August, so maybe my parents will get the hint! :)
